I have been coming here for years and once again the staff have risen to the challenge and despite everything it is still the relaxing experience it always has been.

I have gel nails done all the time at three different salons and always pay between £25-£35 for soak off pedi and mani and gel on toes and fingers. I was away last Friday and booked into this salon to have this done. I stupidly didn’t ask the price before hand and when I was charged £76 was shocked. This didn’t even include cuticak nip. To make things worse the gel from one nail came off the next day. I called and questioned the price and quality and no offer to put right was made. Very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this salon

I visit Jane and her wonderful staff at The Beauty Box every two weeks ( to have my nails 💅🏼 beautifully gel polished and other super relaxing treatments) and have done for over twenty years! I would really like to give them tens stars ⭐️ for the fantastic service they offer but unfortunately that's not possible as Google only go as high a five! They use high quality products and produce a high quality finish on my nail and the relaxing massages and facials certainly have me leaving the salon on cloud 💫 nine. Their friendly, personal approach to customers, who are treated more like family, can not be faulted in anyway. If anyone in the Alnwick area or visiting us in lovely Northumberland and are looking for a salon to visit for some super pampering then go no further than The Beauty Box......truly exceptional business.
