Wal helped my partner and myself going through a tough time and needing to talk I reached out after my partner was struggling with addiction and going through recovery. Wal was very supportive and recognised I also needed some tools to help me recognise and support emotions and feelings I at the time dealing with what felt like the worst time in my life. The turmoil is hard when supporting those close through addiction and it takes it toll but with support guidance advice and the right tools life has changed and things have gone from strength to strength am thankful to each and every person who supported his journey for my partner, myself and my family as we are reaping the rewards after so long in a dark place. Honestly, thank you for all the support keep doing amazing things for people who need it but also most importantly who want to change Xxxx

What can I say. Wal is a truly remarkable person who’s 100% focus is totally on his clients well being and making sure they leave feeling on top of the world. The way he speaks and interacts is something else. Any negativity I have ever had he has ripped out of me with ease and brakes it all down with such calmness and wonderful way, making me feel at ease throughout. The arty Buddha was recommended to me and I am so glad I contacted wal. After years of suffering with my anxiety and mental health I had finally found someone who could not only understand my suffering but could finally help me turn it around by retraining my brain and giving me the tools I needed to feel like a new person. Wal is an amazing man with coaching qualities that are second to none. I've known him for about a year now and during this time he's used his skills and experience within the field of addiction recovery to help me turn my life around. He's truly the only person throughout many years of seeing counsellors and experiencing addiction recovery services, who has been able to really see inside me and drill down to the root of the problem, in order for me to start fixing things.
Wal is honest, friendly, committed and leads by example.

After not wanting to take the typical route of counselling to try and fix some issues I had through fears of the awkwardness. I decided to give Wals coaching sessions a try. Wal's energy from day one made me feel comfortable and from our first session I started using techniques he taught me. I have now done 4 out of 12 coaching sessions and I have nearly resolved about 20 years of issues, which I never expected to happen ever, let alone so quick. Wal this is Jimmy posting (I can't seem to change my YouTube name for this review).
I met with Wal for a 14 week course of treatment. I started the course with a mix of negative feelings about myself and my life with a couple of specific issues. I was amazed to find that I felt reassured about the treatment even from my first meeting. I hadn't been expecting that but Wal gives you confidence that he really can help and almost from the start I felt my feelings lift a little. Each subsequent meeting has reinforced all the good vibes I had from the beginning. I have a lot to thank Wal for as I near the end of my course becauseI can see the changes in myself and know that if I keep doing all that Wal has suggested I will continue to feel stronger and better in myself.

I have used Wal for help through a rough patch in my marriage and help for my daughter who was suffering crippling anxiety he was amazing. I know about his work with addiction and dependency and messaged him when a relative who is very dear to me messaged me in crisis and told me they had addiction issues. Wal was amazing and offered to help right away here is a message I sent to my relative about Wal and how he works he is everything I have written here and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. “glad you’re ok Wal messaged me and said see if you are ok he is such a geniuine and compassionate man and he was worried you was not ok as I had told him how bad you felt this morning which then got me worried, all I can say is this step is like stepping off a platform of a bungee jump the fear is real just before you step but once you do and you see that the elastic snaps you back and doesn’t let you fall it gives you the most amazing feeling of joy and exhilaration(which is life). That is taking that step with Wal he is your elastic he will give you back joy and exhilaration by giving you the tools you need to feel life properly, this demon makes you think you feel but you only feel pain that’s what it wants you to feel so you keep feeding him but you don’t feel all the amazing things in life that you would do if you stopped your demon his tracks there’s so much joy to be had, don’t miss out on any more 💚💚💚💚” I wholeheartedly recommend Wal 100%
