This was the second contact centre we had tried. I wish we had started here first. The support work was amazing with my daughter, she was patient, caring and understanding with her and put her welfare and happiness foremost. The support we have received has been amazing and the service has been flawless. It is a very nice and calming place to settle any child and family. I would recommend to anyone.

My Son Alfie was referred for Counselling due to behavioural and social issues.
He was very wary at first and it took a few weeks for him to take part in the sessions but once he did the changes in him were amazing. Christian was a huge help and we are so grateful.

I can’t recommend AOC highly enough. From the first contact I have experienced nothing but a warm, friendly and professional service from all of the team.

I contacted AOC for my son. From his first session he felt comfortable and positive about the sessions. He’s come so far since his time with AOC began in the summer. He’s actually having his last appointment today and he has become more confident and has smashed challenges that we never thought he would. We sought the help of the AoC in March 2023 for our autistic son. We wanted him to build a relationship outside of home and school. Somewhere he could be himself without judgement. Needless to say we found it! Our referral was passed on to Rachel an Art therapist and it wasn't long before our little one built a strong relationship.
Rachel was kind, welcoming and above all has the patience of a Saint. On a weekly basis our son made more mess than anyone could deem possible but Rachel took it all on and built a bond with our son. The past 8 months with the AoC have been amazing, the communication from both Ben & Rachel has been clear and professional. If anyone is looking for a safe and welcoming place for their child/children or even themselves I highly recommend these guys!
