Just been on the phone Que number 40 , after 30 minutes hold receptionist Jen picks up and says no appointments, I asked her what’s the point of holding someone on Que for over 30 minutes if there’s no appointment. Rudely tells me it’s not her problem I need to speak to management . All full of clowns working there . Be a little polite . U make some one hold the phone line to say no appointments available .

Horrible experience with the reception team ! They don’t only treat you like you’re nothing but also say it ! Very rude and racist lady at the reception who should lose her job at this point ! Avoid this place as much as you can ! No wonder no one is happy with NHS anymore … for those exactly people who should “help”. One big joke

Been using their service for over 19 years. A great and friendly team, especially Marilyn at reception. Though over stretched by demand for the service always tries to help to get you seen to ASAP. Dr Kalkat and his team are a testimony to our great Nhs.

It's a same you can't give less then 1 star. The WORST!!!!! ever. They wouldn't even care if you would die, they would just drag you outside of the door. No organization whatsoever. It's a disaster if your time precious and your health is important to you I would advise you to look somewhere else for professionals. God knows what they're all doing there instead of working perhaps Bingo or crossword puzzle...
