I had a facial with Iva at this spa last Saturday and absolutely loved it! She was professional, attentive, and made me feel super comfortable. My skin felt amazing afterward—glowing, fresh, and deeply cleansed. The atmosphere was relaxing and everything was very clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Jenny did an outstanding job! She asked me the areas I would like her to focus on and she immediately identified where my tension was and focused on those areas. Every now and the she asked about the pressure, which was great. I felt absolutely amazing after the massage and cupping.

WORST MASSAGE EVER!!!
Worst experiences I’ve ever had.
I booked a 60-minute Thai massage for £65, but was charged £70 without any notice—just because they added oil, which turned out to be Johnson’s baby oil.

The therapist was unprofessional, kept chatting, and randomly focused on my legs with no real technique. After nearly 40 minutes of this, she suddenly said the session was over—despite me clearly booking an hour.

At that point, she had only done my legs (in a very random and awkward way, and only after multiple corrections from me), and hadn’t even touched my back, arms, or shoulders. When I pointed that out, she awkwardly offered 10 more minutes—as if it were a favor, when it was actually just part of the time I originally paid for.

When I asked, she said it was her first day—with no proper training, clearly.
There were many things that made me uncomfortable, some of which I honestly can’t even mention here.

I also tried contacting them afterward, but no one responded.
I walked in hoping to relax, and left feeling irritated, uncomfortable, and completely let down

The worst massage I've ever had. I booked a 60 min deep tissue massage through Treatwell. To give context, I get sports massages every month or so, so I'm familiar with different techniques, but my regular place cancelled on me last minute so I booked here. To begin with there was no consultation to ask what areas I needed looked at and the first thing she did was crack my spine which felt odd to me but I didn't want to judge too soon. She started very very firm without any warming up / build up — I thought maybe I'm unfamiliar with the technique the girl were using, but I soon realised there was no technique. It really felt like she was random just pressing into different areas of my back and applying really firm pressure from the get go without building up. I wouldn't be surprised if she's not all trained, there was no system no rhythm to the massage. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was infuriating to get a massage here. 40 mins in I had had enough so I said I'm not happy with the massage and Doctor Coco salvaged the situation in the last 20 mins on the time and gave me 10 mins extra. Although her technique was better I still felt like my £70 have gone down the drain and I still feel no relief in the areas I desperately needed looked at. Truly awful.

I just had the most wonderful acupuncture experience Thai Spa with a serene and lovely setting. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a calming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease for my treatment. The treatment room itself was beautifully decorated with soothing music. It felt like a peaceful oasis - perfect for relaxation.

Dr Xia is highly skilled and attentive, she made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained the meridians for me, which body part they correspond to, which help me connect the mind and body for this holistic experience. Dr Xia took the time to address any questions or concerns I had. I have left the practice with my neck and wrist feeling so much better! I am so thankful.

The addition of fragrant jasmine tea was a truly nice touch. It helped me further unwind and reflect on the peacefulness of the setting and experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Superb Thai massage! Mary was attentive and extremely well versed in her technique. Made me feel relaxed throughout the message and I walked out feeling very refreshed. Would definitely recommend this place is given a shot!

I had one hour deep tissue massage with Mary 2 weeks ago, it was amazing! It helped me with the tense and stiffness of the body. Mary had good knowledge of the pressure points and her pressure is firm , just right for me!
Highly recommend Mary to anyone who is stressed and has tension!
