I first spoke to Tom via messenger, we were friends at school but haven’t connected for 25 odd years. I was in a dark place that I had created after a bad relationship and difficult childhood experiences. He was there at just the right time and continues to check in, and has the ability to not only create a safe space to explore the issues, without shock or judgement, he also has the ability to say what I needed to hear, because it was true but I couldn’t see it until he gave me his time and support with trust and transparency. He has a natural empathy for the issues many of us face that could be hindering our process of growth. I am so grateful to Tom and where he helped me get to, and would recommend his life coaching to anybody needing that kind of support.
