Suzi is incredible at what she does. She allows you to take on a new perspective of yourself, life and past events, allowing you to move on efficiently. Suzi is an incredible hypnotherapist. I went to her for help with OCD, anxiety and depression where CBT had failed and been ineffective. She helped me with this and so much more.

I always felt incredibly welcome, comfortable, safe and accepted throughout our sessions. I felt that myself and my needs were understood and I was relieved to have finally found a therapist who I gelled with and trusted.

Suzi aided me in delving into the subconscious and was with me every step of the way; I never felt alone. She helped me get rid of guilt and a host of other negative thoughts and feelings. I am very spiritual and sensitive by nature, and Suzi understood this. The techniques she used respected this and were tailored to suit me. They were extremely powerful and instrumental in helping me create positive change within myself.

Suzi has helped me to discover and find myself. My mental and overall wellbeing is much healthier and brighter and has never been clearer or better.

I have come out of therapy the other side with a fresh, new perspective and feeling of being light and free that I had not experienced before. I no longer feel powerless or a slave to these things. I have a sense of authority and control where I had felt powerless before.

This is a long review, but I feel that Suzi deserves one. If you are suffering with OCD and struggling to find a therapy that works or are reaching out for the first time, I highly recommend hypnotherapy with Suzi. If you are a sensitive soul, I recommend therapy with Suzi. Hypnotherapy is not an invasive or intrusive therapy in any way; it is incredibly gentle, yet incredibly thorough, effective and powerful. I cannot recommend her enough. It really is transformative therapy.
