Suzanne has been my first experience with a life coach and I have found our sessions to be extremely valuable. I was quite specific on what I wanted to focus on, and each session I felt heard and that I had a bit of a plan / new method to try. I approached Suzanne when feeling a bit stuck on a few every day things and set behaviours and now I feel much freer with those, plus able to approach lots of things in life in new, evolving ways. My life got turned upside down. I didn’t cope very well, for far too long I tried to, on my own. I thought I was supposed to cope with whatever got thrown at me, even when I couldn’t. The best decision I ever made was to seek someone who is trained to help people who are in a bad place, I wasn’t trained for it, or prepared for it, but Suzanne is. It’s ok to ask someone to show you who you are, and who you can be, when life has made you forget. Suzanne won’t be able to make you who you believe you can be, but she will help you understand why you’re not there yet, and will give you the understanding, and the tools you need, to be the person you have lost, or strive to be. She will show you a way to believe in yourself again. My life is still a journey, but I’ve been taught how to deal with the downs that inevitably happen. Suzanne helped me understand myself, accept myself and gave me a path to a future I thought I did not deserve. I will always be grateful to her, for reminding me who I am, and who I am capable of being. Me, just me! And that’s enough, from where I thought about myself, that is truly amazing, thank you Suzanne ❤️
