When I first heard about hypnotherapy for my Essential Tremors, I was a bit apprehensive as to whether it would have an effect or not because I’ve had the medical condition since I was a child. After only the second session, my shaking had settled greatly and I was so happy with the outcome as it had steadied my movement so much more than my medication. I was nervous to be starting hypnotherapy as I’ve never had any therapy and was unsure what to expect. Misty was really professional and helpful, she calmed my nerves and explained everything we would be doing beforehand. Since having the treatment for my tremors, I continue to have hypnotherapy with Misty as she helps me in other aspects of my life. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions.”
