I saw Trudy for sessions for 18 months. The therapeutic work that she provided was life changing. Trudy is extensively experienced and professional, yet also down to earth and has a very warm and friendly manner. I would highly recommend.

Before Trudy I’d given up hope of finding a therapist who could ‘get me’ or who I’d be able to connect with.

She is learned, kind, professional, and most importantly never judgemental or patronising - all whilst being amenable with a sense of humour – she listens (without yawning!) and doesn’t talk at you, she speaks to you.

Unmanageable issues have been steadily improving since working with Trudy. Key to my psychological progress has been making sense of physiological symptoms. This has provided a link to understanding and acceptance. I hate to think of the stuck place I’d be without her.

Once life was ‘from despair to where’ – now I have the reassurance there is someone who can, and will, help me get “there”… a rare gem in her field - an expert (and I’ve met a few apparently!)
