I love being outside for my morning workouts and Pete is brilliant - we don't stop for 30 minutes and it's a great vibe. I've been going for nearly 2 years now, and I feel very lucky to have developed such good strength and fitness.

Pete's Boot Camps are great!

I have been regularly attending for a month now and feeling so positive and better in myself! I was a newbie to exercise and was nervous, but I was able to join in all exercises with some small adjustments. Pete's great motivator and pushes everyone to their maximum ability level.

Really enjoy the group training, its a super friendly bunch.

Pete's boot camp sessions are amazing! I had not done anything like that since school and have improved and got so much fitter as he is so encouraging and positive and pushes you to do your best in a safe environment. The boot campers who attend are always friendly and supportive. It is great being outside in all weathers and Pete has been so careful and thoughtful through lockdown helping everyone through a challenging time and boot camp is great physically and mentally. Pete is a great motivator and he certainly keeps me on my toes! Can't recommend enough.

I really enjoy my 1 to 1 sessions with Pete. Workouts are challenging and always different and although Pete pushes you hard, very hard, he is always full of encouragement and enthusiasm which keeps you focused and drives you on. My strength and fitness have improved massively under Pete's tutelage and I feel better than I have done for years.

If you want a first rate personal trainer who really knows his stuff and can help you improve your strength and fitness quickly then look no further - Pete is your man.

Pete is my personal trainer and I also attend a weekly boot camp. The results have been fantastic. I've lost lots of weight, feel healthier, more energetic, and more relaxed. I'm the fittest I've ever been. Pete takes the time to really find out what makes you tick and what sustainable changes you can make to your lifestyle, to help you meet your goals. Pete is patient, full of encouragement and always manages to keep me motivated. The boot camps are incredibly friendly, with a very supportive community. I now look forward to doing exercise which is completely new for me!

Having been doing Pete’s boot camps for 2 years, following a period of injury I recently swapped to PT sessions, to ensure my training was in line with my recovery. I have been going to Pete's 6:15 bootcamps pretty every week for the last 3 years. It is an intense but enjoyable 45 minute workout and my fitness levels have hugely improved just from doing it once a week. Pete keeps everyone focused, occasionally changing the routine to keep us on our toes and keeps it fun too. We all have different fitness levels but Pete manages to vary the exercises to accommodate everyone. I genuinely feel gutted if I have to miss a week, serious FOMO! Its a great way for me to fit in some weekly exercise with a young family. Thank you!
