Having broken my shoulder 5 years ago, I met Chris for treatment on my frozen shoulder. Chris successfully treated my frozen shoulder and during my sessions discussed Qigong.

I have always been a keen sportsman and continue to cycle regularly and attend the gym. Having now been practicing Qigong for 5 years I find it excellent for complimenting my other training, assisting in giving me a overall balance of body and mind.

Even after 5 years I still find so many different avenues within Qigong on how it assists me both physically and mentally.

Physically I have found it has aligned my body and over come previous back issues. Mentally it constantly assists me in keeping me calmer and more controlled both personally and professionally in how I approach issues as they arise.

Lessons with Chris constantly evolve, with a recent lesson taking me into a zone I have never previously experienced. I highly recommend.

I attended the practice in stonehouse on a weekly basis and was amazed at how at home Chris made me feel. I have attended the Class since the beginning of this year following a decline in my personal abilities and mobility, especially noted after suffering from Covid. Various ailments had worsened especially arthritis in my hands, back pain, memory challenges and ability to concentrate. At almost 80 years of age, a lot of blame could be placed on the passing of the years, but since I commenced the classes, I have felt many improvements to my health and well-being.
