A year ago I was at my lowest, I really felt that my world was collapsing, I couldn't function anymore and was tired of fighting the bad feelings. I found the surroundings friendly and inviting and was very nervous about my first session with Ste. I shouldn't have been, Ste didn't judge he listened and allowed me all the time that I needed to actually speak. He has a very gentle and caring nature and guides you through your feelings and I was amazed at the self discovery that started and is still happening. I highly recommend Ste and his services, I am so grateful to him, his help is immeasurable. Thanks Ste.

When I started my sessions with Ste, I was more or less at the darkest time in my life. A host of unfortunate events had occurred in my life in recent months and I hadn't processed any of them particularly healthily.

The sessions with Ste helped me to develop new mental faculties that I have been able to rely on since. I have made progress in ways I never expected.

Ste provides a judgement free zone where you can move at what ever pace you're comfortable (I almost feel bad that he had to keep up with my almost "madlib" style way of communicating).

I don't think he ever once offered me an answer to my issues, but worked with me helped me to help me arrive at a series of my own conclusions - which is really a much healthier and permanent solution.

He also went above and beyond to stay in contact with me during some real low points.

This is to say nothing of the great value of his sessions. I have paid twice as much for a quarter of the service in the past.

If you're really willing to start making some progress in your life, but just need that ear to bounce ideas off in a completely judgment free area, there is no one I could imagine you'd be in better hands with.
