I have recieved amazing:treatment from Kate at the practice which comprised of repeated exercises and stretching movements to help with shoulder,neck/ posture issues, the techniques which simply have to be followed and repeated daily are simply the way to get better, and stronger. in-fact my treatment was so successful that it gave me a vast range of movement and mobility beyond what I initially attended for. The commitment has to be both ways and simply to do the required exercises you are given and stick to it ……simply Amazing

Having been a rugby player in the front row of the scrum for 20 years and a referee for a further 7 years, I have had frequent need for treatment from physio's but it was not until.I went to a local osteopath that a problem of 2 years standing was cured. I subsequently had recourese to the BSO. On return to Kent I was reccomended to see Stephen Comfort. That was in 1998. I have been using his services ever since and I can honestly say that his is the best treatment I have ever received for my back and neck problems! I believe it is his rare combination of both physiotherapy and osteopathic skills combined with his helpful manner which makes him such an outstanding practitioner!

Kate Illingworth has been treating a back problem which was restricting movement and causing a lot of pain. She has been excellent and found the cause really quickly and I now am feeling so much better. Thank you very much.

I have been to Physio on three separate occasions with Michelle now. She listens to me and is always efficient with referrals to help matters. I have previously been to other businesses for Physio and never felt comfortable. I would not go anywhere else now. Receptions staff are always so friendly too!

Attended for the second time now with my son who was injured on his bike after being hit by a car.. found the lady physiotherapist her name Sophie to be very good.. friendly
warm, informative..very helpful no waiting time and most importantly made my son feel comfortable.
