The guidance and support from Steph has been fantastic. I am in awe of her knowledge, empathy and experience that's helped me change my life.

Steph really listened to my problem which O wanted go resolve and using a mixture of CBT and hypnosis helped me to work through them. Steph is compassionate, non judgemental and supported me to achieve what I had set out to.
