Dealt with Brad before with back issues and now using him after my consultant recommended to me (coincidence) after shoulder injury. Brad is one of the best physios I’ve ever used. Friendly and knowledgeable and does great work to get you fit again. Also the reception team are great too. Friendly and Will try to help you in any way they can.

The quality of the physios and massage therapists is outstanding! For anyone recovering from an injury or perhaps older and just worried about a balanced approach to fitness, I would very much recommend the fitness classes run by actual physios - a real bonus. It's one of Canterbury's best kept secrets! Highly Recommend

Just wanted to share my appreciation again to Nia for always finding me a suitable appointment and keeping me in the loop to squeeze me in with those last minute cancellations and time and time again for Allison for helping fix my pain with my shoulder/back, it is much appreciated and also the understanding in relation to specific conditions such as hypermobility and making sure I am pain free as quickly as possible. Outstanding service. I went to see Tom the podiatrist as I needed new orthotic insoles and needed advice on how to treat a knee injury. After assessing my feet, the problematic knee and how I walked under various conditions on a treadmill Tom helped me to understand the cause the pain, advised me of Orthotics options, and also gave me some rehabilitation exercises. Six weeks on and the pain has subsided and my balance has improved significantly. All staff at the clinic appear to be friendly, and completely professional. As such I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic.

Went to the clinic following a lower back spasm. Saw Sarah. She got to the root of the problem in one session and gave me a stretching regime to prevent reoccurrence. Excellent service at a good price.

I've been going there for deep tissue massage whenever I feel the need. I'm a happy repeating customer! I've tried somewhere else and it was nowhere near as good.
