The worst experience I’ve had at an NHS provider.
My GP recommended that I go to St. john’s Therapy Centre for my blood tests. I had taken a sick day from work so I could go get them done. When I arrived, the receptionist did not greet me, so I walked to the back to where the practitioner was taking blood tests. He was very rude and said that they no longer do blood tests and haven’t for months. I said I didn’t know and if it was possible that I could have a blood test. He said to speak to the receptionist. when I went to her, she was very rude and was not interested in me and didn’t even look at me. She said there was no appointments and gave me a sheet with a QR code that didn’t work. Ironically, there were two practitioners working and only one other person waiting for a blood test. Difficult to understand how they could be fully booked.
When I went online, I discovered there was actually appointments, and booked one for an hour later.
When the receptionist went on lunch, she did not tell the practitioners, so the practitioners waited in the back for over half an hour, wondering why no patients were coming to them. Thus, pushing everyone’s appointments back even further. One lady from Brazil became upset as she needed an appointment, and too was under the impression it was a walk-in. The staff were exceptionally rude to her and dismissed her completely.
Before my slot, a man known to the receptionist came in. He said he didn’t have an appointment, but the receptionist went in the back and convinced the practitioner to let this person have a time slot. So, turns out it is a walk-in centre for certain individuals.
Overall, an extremely rude and unprofessional experience.

Mum's Audiology appointment was very good here today. The clinician Theo Lau was very helpful, polite and understanding and made adjustments for mum's physical disabilities. Looking forward to returning. Thank you.

You now have to book online for a blood test appointment.
I scanned the bar code and you have to enter your personal details in order to make the booking.
You can't enter your date of birth manually and have to keep pressing the back button till you get the correct month
and year which could take up to 15 minutes.
Tried calling the main number for over 20 minutes and no one can be bothered to pick up the phone.
This place is useless.

Terrible staff very unhelpful! You guys need to wake up while at work and not in sleeping mode
If you wish to waste your time go there and sit forever as no one will bother calling you

If your GP tells you to come do blood work and that they have a walk in centre, they do not!

The website opening times says Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm but when I went there for X ray at 6pm I was told no walking surgery for X-ray closes at 4.30pm!!
How I'm I suppose to know that?
