I went to see Kirsty at my wife’s suggestion to try to address multiple sources of discomfort,mostly relating to lower back pain,but including shoulder and leg issues. I had never had any physio or massage treatment previously but am very glad that I agreed to go.Kirsty was able to diagnose and treat my pain very effectively.The combination of massage and laser treatment,as well as the exercises Kirsty recommended,produced rapid and sustained improvement.I am confident that my issues that could be treated have been treated extremely effectively and my back has been no problem since Kristy’s work for which I am most grateful.

Kirsty is a great sports massage therapist - she listens carefully to my concerns and addresses these in the massage. She also follows up with helpful exercises.

After over two years of pain following a mountain crash and several sessions with chiropractors, physios etc I could only get temporary relief from back pain. After only one session with Kirsty of laser, and hands on treatment including some exercises to do at home my back pain and stiffness was almost completely gone.
