I found Spini at a time when alot of things were going on in my life. She offered Walk & Talk sessions in my area which were so amazing. My first time in such sessions and they were calming and clearing. Spini is a really thoughtful, kind and understanding Counsellor who has been reassuring and supportive. Always on time and communicative. She listened and help me unpick some recurring relationship patterns and heal some old family wounds. I would recommend her sessions online or in person.
