I don’t often leave reviews but the service I received today from the receptionist I spoke to is worthy of recognition. It means so much when someone takes the time to listen, empathise and offer support in such a reassuring manner! Thank you to whoever you were. Recently joined the practise. Find the econsult brilliant and get a same day appointment if needed. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and very helpful on reception.

Used to be a great surgery. Now it's a struggle to get anything from them. They don't look at your medical history before or during appointments. They refuse to speak to nominated care givers/partners. The E Consult simply does not work and is ignored by doctors. Documents provided by doctors come through dated incorrectly. Even the smallest issue takes a minimum of 5 phonecalls to resolve. Doctors speak over and down to you if you ask questions.

I'm pleased to say the econsult system does work very well.
I submitted one yesterday and within minutes received a call giving me an appt with the Dr on same day.
I had to ask for more assistance today and again received a quick reply with a phone call appt.
I cant speak highly enough of Spa Medical Centre Doctors and Staff.

Boots referred me to Spa Medica on 18 6 24.I am still waiting for laser treatment on my right eye.I desperately need new glasses!Travel to you is the problem .Hope to hear from you soon.Help!
