Booked facial and Indian head massage. Was very relaxing and excellent to get a traditional Indian head massage. Good prices and I will be going back. Highly recommend.
Very friendly and felt comfortable throughout my experience. Natalie spoke to me after about tension she felt and explained how my body may react after the treatment.

Natalie is a wonderfully nurturing and spiritual person who has so much knowledge to share.

I contacted Natalie when I was interested in learning about, and training in Reiki, almost 2 years ago.

I did my Reiki courses, I pop into her lovely crystal shop, I go to her for massages and the odd Reiki session.

I always feel better after I’ve seen Natalie and still learn something new each time I go there. She always takes time to talk through things and has such lovely energy, which is why I keep going back!

All the massages I have tried have been so good,on every level. The reiki also has been soothing and transformative for me.🪽🌟

The treatment room itself is magical, it feels like entering a different world for a while.
Incense scents the air,music is played and lots of twinkly lights enclose you.
The perfect safe ,cozy space to relax in .

We were met by Natalie who shared his enthusiasm ,and assisted him on his mission.He seriously loved visiting Soul Serenity when he was little. I can remember him jumping up and down with pure joy and excitement ;as he was surrounded by all the treasure.💎
He still loves popping in even now .
We have got to know you all ,including your mum and dad who are also lovely.

Such a welcoming and friendly space ,full of beautiful things to look at and purchase.
Although this can be dangerous tbh ,as it’s all rather tempting!Had to step away today 😂.

Beautiful Natalie is a wonderful soul , such good energy to be around .I am blessed to have met her.

6 months ago I had the pleasure of stepping into Soul Serenity in Wimborne for a hot stone massage and it was a truly the best massage I have had and a real transformative experience. From the moment I met Natalie I felt get warm positive energy. The treatment room, with its soothing lighting, wonderful energy and super comfy massage couch immediately made me feel welcome and excited for the session and I knew I was in for a real treat
Having had hot stone massages before, I can confidently say that Natalie's holistic approach, combined with the rooms atmosphere and powerful stones, left me feeling rejuvenated for an entire week. I've had 2 sessions and plan to have many more.

During my visits I was drawn to the quartz sound bath bowls. After Natalie explained their benefits o knew o had to try them. The session was unlike any other therapy I've experienced. The power of the bowls was incredible. Leading to the start of a transformation journey for me and my outlook. I feel calm and open to new possibilities. A remarkable experience. I can't thank Natalie enough for this remarkable experience.

Today I had the most amazing experience with a full body hot stone massage from the delightful Natalie. Her attention to detail and understanding my needs was outstanding.

I have been to some high profile spas and had treatments in my time including hot stones, but this beat them all. Not only did she have the most amazing and best comfortable massage bed ever she also had a hot stone neck rest. I am so looking forward to my next treatment.

The bonus was to also browse through the crystal shop, Natalie's knowledge brought me back to my love of crystals.

One thing that stood out throughout my experience today was that Natalie made time for me, listened and clearly showed she cared before and after my treatment. Her shop and treatment studio is hidden away in the most delightful part of Wimborne right next to the river. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend visiting Natalie .

If I were able to give Soul Serenity Spa more than 5 stars I would do so in recognition of the high quality of therapy and the very personal and unique experience offered by Natalie. Stepping through the door is like escaping into another world of tranquility and calm away from the outside bustle. A serene haven that immediately promotes a sense of peace and ease. Natalie is always so welcoming, and rather than rushing straight to my hot stone massage, she takes time to find out how I am feeling and what I have been dealing with since my last treatment. This personal approach means that she is able to focus her expert, intuitive skills where they can be most effective. After the treatment, Natalie again takes time to talk about my wellbeing, and by the time I leave, I feel relaxed and positive no matter how out of sorts I might have felt when I arrived.
