Excellent service, After many years of problems with my legs (from various sporting injuries) my mobility is so much better after Sophysio sessions. I feel 10 years younger.

As a regular runner, I often suffer with lower back pain and neglect my core. Mat pilates with Sophie has been amazing. Sophie is so knowledgeable as both a physio and a pilates teacher! I would definitely recommend 👌.

I had an amazing session with Sophie today. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and she has helped to identify areas of weakness in my muscles which are causing pain in my hip. She conducted a detailed examination and I felt really relaxed and looked after by Sophie. She gave me great aftercare and exercises after my treatment along with print outs of everything she mentioned (perfect when you have baby brain). I have already booked my follow up.
