Sonia is a wonderful person to speak to and work with. From the beginning, she was welcoming, caring and clear on how she could help me.
I know choosing a counsellor can be hard and intimidating, Sonia helps to make the process easy. She never made me feel pressured and she helped the process work for me.
Her home and counselling room feel safe and comfortable - offering a view out across the woods, which always helped me feel more calm.
Sonia offered empathy, practical ideas and brought a sprinkle of fun into sessions (if that was what I needed). She gave me the space and time I needed whilst offering guidance and ways to navigate when I was stuck. I can't recommend Sonia enough.
