The girls in here were so lovely, I had to get my blood work done (I have a huge fear of needles and pain) Cassie and Ella were an all star team! I am so thankful to them for how they helped me and calmed my nerves about the whole thing and everyone was so polite! They do a great job. Very thankful! They’re rockstars.

I think this is amazing clinic and service overall. I do test myself every couple of years just to be safe and I always have the best experience.
I have ordered a test at home kit this time. Very clear instructions! Posted the sample in the afternoon, 8am the following morning they already had it and my results arrived in the afternoon. I was informed via text and email throughout.
Highly recommend and this should be advertised more so people can get tested.

This is nearly a great service.
I ordered an at-home test kit which arrived promptly.
The part that could be improved is the instructions for the self administered blood test. You need to FIRMLY jab yourself with the little lancet or get a friend to do it. Just pushing it until it pops is not enough. The fleshy part of the finger is a better bet than the side.
Once posted, you get a text when they receive it and (in my case) a text a day later with the results.
It should be better advertised.
Overall- a really good service. Thank you!

After having a negative experience having my contraceptive put in and removed by my GP, I was really anxious about having it done again. After speaking with SWISH, I decided to go with the same contraceptive as before. I told them that I’d had a negative experience before and felt as though I wasn’t listened to. When I arrived to my appointment to have my contraceptive put in, I was immediately met with friendly faces and I felt calm in the presence of the doctor and nurse (and trainee). The nurse distracted me by asking about my life, my job and my child while also holding my hand. The doctor talked me through the whole process and told me what she was doing at each step. She also said if I needed to stop at any time, I was more than welcome to say so. They also checked if I needed anything to drink after the procedure.
My latest appointment was to get my contraceptive removed as I’m looking to expand my family. The doctors and nurses were very supportive, offering help with things to avoid and things to do while trying to conceive. The nurse again helped by holding my hand and asking about my child. The procedure was quick and I didn’t experience any pain! I would highly recommend SWISH to anyone in need. Such a positive experience with them. Five stars.

WOW. JUST WOW. I came here for my second implant refit and all I can say is wow. I am very anxious and unsettled when it comes to the implant change. I don't enjoy seeing any equipment or anything related laid out. It sends me into a complete melt down. (pathetic, I know) However, I spoke to the receptionist about my concerns and she spoke to my nurse Maria and Maria accomidated to my needs. Maria was kind, caring and friendly. I can not sing her praises enough. Maria also ensured that I was comfortable ever step of the way. I am so grateful. Overall, Maria made a procedure which I thought was going to be traumatic a very smooth, friendly and easy process. 10/10 Maria. Thank you so very much ❤️☺️

Called the for advice on needing my implant removed soon, said asked me what my Drs was and told me they couldn't even look Into it because it's my Drs responsibility, then before I could say okay thanks bye they hung up rather vigorously. (I'm struggling getting my implant removed through my Drs also)

Too many questions asked regarding sexual past if you don't like to answer them they say they won't do the all tests required which prevents me from going back there again.No privacy and too much pressure to answer
