I had been suffering from severe sciatic pain for several months when I was recommended to see Sarah by a friend in the village. He had had great success with Sarah using the Bowen technique and had no qualms in telling me that I should try it too. Well, I'm so glad that I took his advice, because I think it was only after 2 sessions that my sciatic pain significantly improved. I’ve been to see Sarah on three separate occasions to treat completely different problems - tightness in my throat, pelvic nerve pain, digestive issues, restricted arm/shoulder movement. Each time I say that I’m not expecting miracles, BUT... After a totally relaxing session lasting 40 minutes or so, I leave feeling great. Sometimes I feel worse the next day but the day after that better, then better still. I am drawn to holistic treatments rather than piles of medication, but I must admit that I maintain a degree of scepticism. Can these tiny movements really help your body to heal itself?
