I’ve had a fantastic experience with Rob, he is extremely Professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming especially to someone who has not had physio before like myself. The sessions I had were tailored to my needs and my issue was solved within 2 visits! Highly recommend!

Amazing results, less stress, friendly face. I visit Rob for a regular sports massage, back/shoulders/legs, this helps me to maintain intense gym and running sessions. Rob listens and understands any problems and needs. I always leave feeling loose, stronger and a lot less knotty.

As a first time visit with a body that is super stiff and in a lot of pain from an excessive amount of time spent in bed due to health issues, Rob took on board all I'd said and worked with me accordingly. A lovely guy with great empathy and a good sense of humour! He made me feel comfortable and relaxed despite the pain from the deep hard massage that I'd requested. An understandable few days of pain followed before my body felt more limber, light and pain-free than it has for years. Such a good price too. I will be returning and have relayed to those I know. I can't recommend enough.

Rob came recommended to me by a fitness instructor who regularly goes to him, when I developed serious shoulder and back pain. Rob was able to sort that out and gave me exercises to do in between sessions to help. I have then continued going fortnightly for ongoing maintenance over the last 2 years. Rob knows what he's doing, is friendly and we have a good catch up while he sorts my back out! Can't recommend highly enough!

I've had the pleasure of being a regular client with SMART since 2021 and can't recommend their services strongly enough. Rob did a fantastic job helping me to rehab from a persistent and limiting injury, before I then began to undergo regular sports massage treatments which supported my high training volume and also acted as a great de-stressor. Rob is the perfect blend of professional and personable, and the demand he finds himself in is testament to his skills!

I had a couple of sessiona with Rob for a trapped sciatic nerve and tension in my back, and I’m really impressed. He’s highly professional, takes the time to understand your needs, and works hard to address problem areas. Rob’s care and effort made a noticeable difference, and I’d definitely recommend him for anyone dealing with muscle pain or tension.

I have been seeing Rob on a regular basis for 2 years now. I can’t speak highly enough of him. I run ultramarathons and play squash in my 50s so my body is constantly falling apart and Rob puts it back together. My lower back is particularly bad and Rob finds a way to loosen it up and get me going. Very experienced and knowledgable. Great value and a top bloke.
