I've been coming to Silvia on and off for a few years now and she keeps me mobile and flexible! I've experienced several health issues with my lungs and joints and Bowen Therapy is relaxing and deeply healing. I don't know how I would be without Bowen Therapy. During my sessions with Silvia, apart from the body work, I also learned lots about holistic health and how to help myself heal further. I am 68 and ticking nicely with Bowen. The Bowen that Sylvia did for me greatly helped the sciatica on my left side and my right shoulder restriction/pain. The 4 sessions I had were very relaxing and Sylvia is a knowledgeable, caring & lovely human being. I reached out to Silvia during a tough time when I needed clarity in my life. I was convinced that the only way to stay afloat was to work even harder, despite sleepless nights and feeling down.
From the first session, Silvia came across as very kind and knowledgeable. Silvia is God sent, she was definitely meant to do what she does. For someone like me who struggles with vulnerability she knew exactly how to make me feel not only safe but also comfortable.
