Absolutely amazing service. Sam is so understanding and professional. Her approach is outstanding, you can walk in the door feeling anxious and unfamiliar with what to expect. Before you know it you feel relaxed and totally confident your in the right place. Sam goes over and above her duty of care in between visits she will send positive pictures of quotes as reminders to support the road of recovery. Sam provides a life changing service. She is easy to feel relaxed with and very informative. Sam is a person you can open up to and she will always find a positive way of dealing with sensitive situation. Sam would always be my first choice to go back to if in need in the futures for now I feel she has given me the strength and the tools to move forward with my journey to a more positive life.
