Before the pandemic, my chair yoga class with Zoe Smith took place in a big village hall. We were a very big group (more than 20), so it was not that easy to get to know everyone and for Zoe to notice everything about everyone (although she did a wonderful job anyway!). During the pandemic, she ran our yoga sessions online, and it was wonderful to be able to keep going, and somewhat more personal despite the real distances, because we were a smaller group and everybody appeared on screen.

However, when Zoe opened her new studio and the vaccinations made it possible to go back to real contact, I was very excited to be able to secure a space in her studio for our sessions.

She now runs sessions where some people are in the studio while others participate online, and this works really well. The studio is a bright, welcoming and very peaceful space (plus fully fit for purpose and practical in an unobtrusive way) but also relatively small, so that groups are kept smaller, and Zoe can give her full attention to each participant.

I greatly enjoy my yoga sessions there, plus some individual treatments and can recommend Zoe's business and the studio whole-heartedly. Jutta Austin

Zoe is a wonderful Yoga teacher. Her classes are relaxed and Zoe is a very experienced teacher. We have really good workouts both mentally and physically and I always feel so much better when I leave the restful studio.
