I had been struggling with painful legs for weeks having recently taken up cycling. I was recommended Becky by a fellow cyclist and booked an appointment. So i used to use my Father, who was a Sports Massage Therapist until he retired... I know, how inconsiderate of him!
I came to Bex as i'd been taking 500mg of Ibuprofen, 3 / 4 times a day for my arthritis (that i have in my leg) for well over a year, and decided I should do something about it.
After just one session with Bex I was pain killer free!!
I have been back since and am still off the painkillers!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

...oh, and she's lovely, very professional, etc etc.

Suffer with what I thought was back problems saw a few people trying to find someone who actually helped. I was introduced to bex through a friend.

First session she sits me down asks only a few questions and gets me to do a few basic exercises she tell me its my hamstrings and not my actual back. Well years of been told its my back. Won't lie I was shocked. Through the whole massage she is vocal making sure I'm comfortable and if there is any pain from certain spots that I can handle it. I come out feeling not only 100 times better but even more educated on what's going on with my body. Never met anyone else like her and I recommend her to family and friends myself now.

As a beginner running and progressing. I didn't know what a sports massage was. I was recommended to go see bex. She explained everything to me. It was very knowledgeable. She is very friendly and professional. 5⭐

As a keen runner clocking up 50 miles a week a good sports massage therapist is a must !!! Bex is just what you need to keep them legs ticking over, she talks me through what muscles are doing what and why their hurting/tight, she definetley keeps me running 🏃‍♀️
