I have always benefitted greatly from the sound baths so I was really excited to take part in the Tuning for Health group sessions. The atmosphere was lovely in the studio and, despite a significant curveball being thrown into my life during the course, I found my stress decreasing greatly and I feel much better equipped to manage my anxiety. I have been disciplined in keeping up my practice and I am certain this will be beneficial. I would really encourage anyone who is considering working with Kev & Stephanie to go for it, I was a real sceptic prior to my first gong bath and am now a convert to the huge positive impact sound therapy can have on your life!

I've now been to several wonderful Gong Baths with Serenity Through Sound, as well as a one-to-one Sound Bath which was also sublime. I'll certainly be going back for more. They do us the world of good on so many levels. Highly recommend.
