I had a full body massage with Jo and it was absolutely wonderful. I am 7 weeks postpartum and it was just what I needed as a tired, aching first time mum. It’s great to have someone local who is reasonably priced and has the flexibility of being mobile. My full body was over an hour and rivals those I’ve had done in luxury spas. I’ve booked back in to have the reflexology done because of how much I enjoyed my massage with Jo. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

I had a reflexology appointment yesterday with Jo. Having discussed issues I have, the appointment was very much tailored for me. I was so relaxed during the session and at the end I felt so unwinded and stress free. I suffer from IBS and as discussed, Jo focused on that. Wow wow wow! I can’t recommend Jo enough. I have had two reflexology sessions and they have been amazing. She has explained in detail on how pressure points relate to different parts of the body. I can’t wait to book again for my third session!!
