I wasn’t really aware about Reiki at all and tbh didn’t even knew what it was for ? but all I can say is the best thing I’ve discovered. For those who don’t know or never heard about ( like I was) please do inform and visit Serenity Holistics. It will change your life. The Reiki practitioner use an amazing technique to help you healing, surrounded by good energies. Everything you need to reduce stress and helps your body healing from bad back or any trap nerves and anxiety. These treatments are definitely one to be looking for. You won’t regret. I cannot recommend this enough. Outstanding service from start to finish. ?

Never tried Reiki before, amazingly relaxing, had a bad shoulder for years and interestingly this has since disappeared, great practice and practitioner, would highly recommend to anyone who has a high pressure job/life.
