I visited selby osteopaths as I had severe back and hip pain for 3 months,q
I had an appointment with Alan who assessed my condition and knew exactly what was needed and explained everything fully.
Alan gave me some very ease and quick exercises to do, 3 times a day just for a few minutes at a time.
I saw an instant improvement in my mobility and after several appointments, increase in exercises, I'm back to full mobility, Alan and the clinic are amazing.
I can't thank you enough Alan for clearing my pain giving me back full mobility and happiness.
You will be my first port of call if I have any other issues any time in the future.
I highly recommend selby osteopaths and wellness clinic, for me they worked a miracle.

I attended Selby Osteopaths to gain strength in my legs and improve balance after a tibial plateau fracture. Alan treated me and compiled an exercise plan to suit my individual needs which greatly improved my problems. I would certainly return if I had any more issues with pain and/or mobility.

Really pleased with the help and support I received from Alan. Having been sent away from the NHS physio at my GP's surgery with just a printed set of lots of generic exercises and no follow appointment offered the personal treatment and exercises Alan provided were perfect. After 4 weeks I was back to normal and needed no more treatment. I highly recommend Alan.

I had an extremely painful neck problem so reluctantly went to an Osteopath for treatment. The treatment I received at Selby Osteopaths was exceptional and was further enhanced by the advice given and also the exercise sheets given to me to do in my own home to speed up recovery. I visited Selby Osteopaths with a neck problem. I broke my neck many years ago & have always had issues with movement. I had around 4 visits to help with flexibility & ease of movement, at the end of which it was much improved. I will be going again for a "maintenance" session to help keep the freedom of movement I gained. Friendly staff and they certainly help me with my problem

Had struggled with lower/mid back pain for days and nothing was easing the pain. Had a 1 hour session with Mariah, which incorporated manipulation and accupuncture. Pain free within 48 hours. Follow up exercises given to ensure the back was strengthened and 1 month on- brilliant. Would recommend to anyone
