I contacted these as I had extreme pain in both knees when running. I was given an appointment the same day and was treated by Molly. She was very professional and put my mind at ease as you always think the worst! 5 sessions later, a course of home exercises and my 9 weeks of pain is gone and I'm ready to run again! Tucked away in the village of sedgefield this Practice is great. I heard about it from a friend and I’m so glad I took the next step in calling and making an appointment. I’ve had months of pain as I said to them it’s ALL OVER after a quick consultation I was laid down getting the long needed help. I’d had 2 sessions in the first week. By my third session the week after I was pain free - yep fully pain free I couldn’t believe it but it’s true all thanks to eiffer the lovely therapist who I would 100 % recommend. I had no confidence it would ever work albeit told from other people it does. I’m just so glad I picked up the phone, should of done it ages ago - better late than never - Thankyou
