Quick update! 5 months later - Another call to Seahouses Roofing . We had a piece of lead flashing that had ‘lifted’ on the back of our house - we’re on a corner plot so it’s quite exposed. Quick job (but not many contractors would bother) but the lads popped round and secured it - best thing is they always send you a photo or video of what they’re doing ‘up the ladder’ ! A simple but very effective way of reassuring customers - as mentioned before really genuine guys - would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and in fact we have done so.

Outstanding response! - we had a leak in our bedroom ceiling that we established was coming through the loft from the woodburner flue - in a week where we’ve had really heavy rain!
My husband phoned yesterday and got a call back within 5 mins and a promise to take a look this morning. The lads who turned up were lovely, really reassuring and quickly established the seal around the flue needed redoing. They sorted it immediately and we were very grateful. Highly recommend these lads - really genuine and excellent response time. Thank you

Came to give a quote on replacing gutters, then turned up 3 days later to do. Polite, friendly, courteous and professional service. They even insisted on hosing down the garden in the pouring rain to leave everything tidy even though I said I would do once dry. Overall, a great service and would highly recommend.
