Bryn and the team at SOC are simply the best. Having seen a few Osteopaths who have practised here for over 15 years now, their experience, knowledge, attentiveness and kindness are literally second to none. Having been recommended to Bryn for cranial osteopathy for my baby 18 years ago, and seeing an instant result in his sleep issues, I would highly recommend anyone having health concerns to make an appointment with one of the team today.

My GP recommended Mr Vara to treat sciatica which has been successful. Mr Vara mixes a professional treatment with skill and friendliness. He is inspirational and has encouraged me to maintain the effectiveness of his treatments.

I have been using this osteopathic clinic for many years and in particular Brin - a magician. Had huge problems with my shoulder for many years. He identified what it was and fixed within a couple of sessions. Since then he has looked after me and the family for pretty much any muscular and joint issues.
The place is small, but it makes up for its size in every other way. I cannot recommend this enough. UPDATE. Still as excellent as ever.

Exceptional service from the receptionist to the osteopath. They call you to check your all ok (Covid) and no symptoms - they remind you of the procedure when arriving for your appointment - and the osteopath Mr Vara is brilliant, I could hardly walk when I had my first appointment and he works his magic (painful at the time) and within a few appointments i am back to my old self. The whole practise is lovely and friendly they make you feel so welcome.
