I had an excellent experience with Dan. From the start, we got on well and I appreciated his tailored approach, particularly how he explained the science behind how the brain works. This insight made a real difference in understanding my behaviours and responses, especially as we explored my personal history in detail. Dan combines a refreshingly straightforward, ‘no-nonsense’ approach with a warm and kind demeanour that immediately put me at ease. Dan wasn't afraid to call me out when I went off-track, which I really appreciated and found both honest and highly effective.

Going through this process with Dan has been one of the best things I’ve done to understand myself better and gain insight into why I am the way I am. Dan is a fantastic therapist!
I knew straight away during our assessment session that he was going to be the right therapist for me.
He has a very straightforward approach without any fluff, which was what I needed.
Over my time spent with him I have developed a much needed more positive attitude to life, and found the much needed answers to why I had developed my unhelpful behaviours.
I am now able to go forward in life with a better understanding of myself, and how to cope when life throws a curve ball.

Dan was my therapist for a little over a year, and I recently completed my last session. I found S.A.L.T. online, and after contacting Dan he came for a house visit within a couple of days. I instantly felt that he was listening to my problems and we agreed to work together from then on.
