It gives me great pleasure to fully recommend Rachael as a fully qualified and competent Sports Therapist. I have been using Rachael's services for a number of years and it has been fantastic watching her business grow.

I can highly recommend Rachael as a massage therapist. I came to her with a shoulder issue and postural problems which had lead to pain and sciatica, and we have worked through them all! I'm fairly active, and the sports massage sessions have kept me ticking over so I can continue doing what I love. I have learnt many tips and tricks from Rachael to help me with my self care and she is a lovely warm chatty person who sets you at ease. I really enjoyed every session. My broken body is in far better shape compared to the beginning of my treatment and I no longer have sciatica. Worth every penny! Thanks Rachael.

My go to location for massage. I'd suffered for years with knee pain. Rachael located my source of the problem and loosened my quads for me.
