Very helpful sessions with Graham. The opportunity to talk to someone openly about very personal issues has lifted some real life burdens. Graham’s very professional approach to exploring and unpicking problems, while continuing to encourage me to develop my own solutions, has been of great assistance. No quick fixes, but helping me on a journey to recovering a relationship will I am sure strengthen bonds for the future. A kind, non-judgemental guide. Highly recommended.

I really value the sessions with Graham. He is always professional and focussed on the issues we talk through. In a short period I feel that I know myself better, and I'm able to identify how my behaviours are resulting in positive or negative relationships and where I can improve. I am new to counselling, and implementing the changes which we discuss is difficult, but Graham is completely supportive and provides a variety of tools to help me improve. He demands that I hold myself to a high standard, he is comfortable in encouraging me to think through my problems to solve them myself but, when asked for his opinion, always provides sound advice based on his studies and from his experiences. It is a real pleasure when I am able to implement anything we have discussed, and the positive reinforcement that Graham provides when I share this is evidence of the enthusiasm that he has in his role.

If I had to describe Graham's work in one word it would be: amazing.
He has the ability to cut through the dross (stories we tell ourselves, or believe from others), get to the heart of the matter, and help you to deal with it (manage it & move on).
