Really awesome Reiki session. It was the most incredibly relaxing and calming sensation.

I've also been to some sound bath sessions that Sarah runs as well, and would say she is extremely professional and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Had my first crystal reiki infused session today with Sarah and it was amazing. Her hands were on fire with healing energy. Her intuition with the crystals and the feedback she gave was spot on. This was something I have wanted to experience for some time and when I found that Sarah had sessions in Sound bathing booked straight away. From when we arrived, the location is lovely and quiet, and Sarah was there to greet us. We were then shown into a room with 5 other ladies who were all very welcoming. The session began with an explanation of what we would experience then Sarah stated the meditation. The experience was beautiful where different sounds like the heart chakra singing bowl, chimes, gong and other vibrated around and I could feel this sensation in my arms. The session was really relaxing where Sarah was able to talk after around what she had done. I am so in and cannot wait for my next experience. Its not to be missed ? Thank you Sarah ❤️

I attended an evening Sound Meditation with Sarah last night. I have suffered from sleep problems for many years, and wake up many times even on a good night, so I was absolutely amazed when I slept straight through for 8.5 hours! I have felt calm and energised all day today, and even did my first run since a knee injury a few weeks ago. The sounds are powerful but soothing at the same time, and I believe they have a deep and positive effect on the mind and body

I've been having monthly Reiki sessions with Sarah for a little while now and I cannot recommend her enough! Her space is relaxing, calming and welcoming and, Sarah herself is very knowledgeable about her craft, as well as being a lovely, warm person who is easy to talk too. I always look forward to my sessions as I know I am going to leave feeling completely relaxed and re-energised and always wishing the sessions were longer! ?. Thankyou Sarah!x
