After suffering severs headaches most days, I consulted Sarah who suggested I try a head and neck massage to relieve stiffness and pain. My muscles were extremely tight as I drive for a living and cycle for fun but also carry stress in my body and tend to be quite rigid. I had one treatment initially and had no headaches for 3 weeks, I then had another and have not had one since, I have booked again for more treatments. Not only have the headaches remarkably disappeared, I feel much more relaxed and considerably less stressed. I must say however that apart from the clinical facts, Sarah is such a wonderful kind, calming , positive and fun person to be around and I feel very relaxed in her presence which in turn enables me to relax and benefit from not only the treatment but also drink in the atmosphere and feel loved and secure. My general self esteem and well being is improving too which as a busy mum of teenagers has been taking the backseat. Basically, highly recommended to anyone! Thanks Sarah

I booked to have a massage treatment from Sarah due to tension in my right neck and head, causing headaches. Post treatment I felt very relaxed and few days later had no headaches. Extremely well planned, thought out and Covid Secure! I visited Sarah several times recently for severe neck pain, now cured! Thank Goodness! Her lovely manner and treatments are excellent as usual. I booked a 30 minute Paraffin Wax Hand Treatment with Sarah as I had finger and thumb joint pain. The treatment was relaxing and enjoyable and Sarah made me feel very comfortable, explaining the process as she went. The treatment was beneficial and the results (more joint movements and less pain and beautifully soft skin) lasted for several days afterwards.
I would recommend Sarah and this treatment to anyone who has joint/muscle pain.

She has continued to provide regular massage ever since.
