I contacted Sarah because I had a needle phobia when I visited the dentist and after a few sessions she managed to change my mindset from an anxious one to a positive one. Sarah puts you at ease immediately and explains everything that she’s going to do. Sarah is very professional and has great personality and is also passionate about making sure the recipient of session is getting everything they require at ease throughout. Thanks very much Sarah

I have worked with Sarah over a number of sessions to help with anxiety around public speaking. The initial zoom consultation put me greatly at ease and I had no qualms about continuing my treatment with her. The audio clip she sends gave me great continuity between sessions to help me relax.
