I first visited Sarah around 8 weeks or so ago now when I had hit a very low point. I had struggled on and off with acne for YEARS and it had got to its worst early last year. It was painful and very cystic. I had tried so much. I’d been on medication after medication, gone through every skincare brand known to man, even tried all the dietary/ lifestyle changes. But I was still struggling.
I had put off going to a homeopathy appointment purely because I didn’t know much about it. I had no clue about any of the remedies or even what would happen in the appointment itself. A family member actually forced me to book it, and I’m so glad they did.
Over just the past few weeks, I’ve seen so much improvement. Don’t get me wrong there’s still always room for more.. but in every aspect; skin, sleep, mood, health I have seen improvement. To be able to go out without makeup was such a big step for me, now I don’t think twice.
Having someone so kind and genuine to just talk things through definitely made the process made going to someone a lot easier.
So if you’re debating it, and was cynical or even just curious.. all I can say is go for it.

Cannot recommend Sarah enough. Sarah’s really helped me with reducing some really life affecting symptoms of my cycles. She has a really kind, caring and encouraging manner, is really easy to talk to and be really honest and open with. Sarah is amazing! She made me feel so at ease and was more than happy to listen to my rambling. I personally went to Sarah to help with my adult acne and to help me feel happier in myself, as I felt I had lost my spark. Although it is still early days with my skin, I can see some improvement already, but most importantly I feel happier and more confident.

Sarah has helped me dramatically with my digestive/anxiety issues.
It took a couple of weeks for her remedies to really kick in but once they did I have noticed massive improvement with all my issues.
Sarah is very personable and made me feel relaxed as soon as I met her.

Sarah has helped my children and I with so many things over the years I have seen her with.
Including anxiety, tummy issues, migraine to name a few and with my little ones eczema, recurring chest infections and reflux.
