Sarah was extremely helpful with my postpartum recovery. After initially having a mummy MOT with her, I continued to have regular appointments to monitor my progress and advance my recommended exercises. I found Sarah following a word of mouth recommendation from a friend after delivery of my second baby. My goal was to ensure a safe return to exercise and re-build pelvic floor strength. Sarah was incredibly professional and friendly in all of our sessions, helping me to understand my symptoms and providing advice and exercises to gradually improve and recover. She highlighted the need for patience, which I definitely lacked post my first baby! I managed to return to running at around 10 months PP and I credit Sarah with helping me to achieve this. She continues to provide guidance and demonstrates a real passion for women's health, which is severely lacking in general post-partum care. Thank you!

My sessions with Sarah gave me so much reassurance after two cesereans, helping me to understand the extent of any diastasis recti, and the right techniques to begin to repair it. Not to mention she has a great understanding of scar massage, which made a huge difference to sensitivity in the area too. A very worthwhile investment!

Cannot recommend enough, everyone should go - baby or not. It has made me realise how important and how neglected women’s health is. I visited Sarah when pregnant with my 2nd, I have learnt so much and feel so much better.
