I contacted Caroline to see if she could help with my feelings of overwhelm and anxiety. I was really nervous and Caroline immediately put me at ease. Caroline taught me mindfulness skills and did Thought Field Therapy. During the session, I immediately felt calmer and as if the ‘fog’ had been lifted. It’s been a few days since our session and I still feel happier and calmer, so much so that the people around me have noticed. I will definitely be booking in to see Caroline again in the future. Had been suffering from post viral fatigue for 5 months & medical profession could do nothing to help. Felt completely drained/tired all the time, with very little energy, just wanted to sleep. I’ve not had reiki before, but heard good things about it, so decided to book a session with Caroline to see if it’d help. Within a couple days, my energy began to return & 3 days later I walked from Broadstairs to Ramsgate for first time this year, & am now able to get on with all the jobs I’d been putting aside.
