I have known Jacqualynn for over 2 years and I have been regularly attending her circles for around 2 years. Within her circles she creates a safe and sacred space in order to facilitate healing on such a deep level. I have undergone such a dramatic shift in my body and change in the way I manage my emotions and thoughts that I could never have undertaken without her guidance and support.
I believe that Jacqualynn is an amazing woman who has the power and wisdom to assist anyone on their path towards hèaling.

I had been suffering from depression, and I was looking for a supportive group, where I could be in a safe space with like minded people, who wouldn't judge me for being 'me'. I was immediately drawn to Jacqui's Sacred Heart Circle and felt that this was what I needed. I felt very anxious before attending my first circle, but Jacqui sent me a few texts to introduce herself and was very warm and welcoming, even before she had even spoken to me. I will never forget my first circle. Although jacqui had never met me before, she greeted me as though she had always known me and I soon felt relaxed. Listening to Jacqui share about her feelings and what was going on for her, encouraged me and the other participants to do the same. Jacqui is always so authentic and 'real' and its so refreshing to see a facilitator be so open and even vulnerable. I remember walking away from that first circle with a big smile on my face, feeling 10 pounds lighter, very grounded and thinking 'this is the best £15 I had ever spent'.

Jacqui is an excellent facilitator. She is very warm, welcoming and loving, but at the same time she is very boundried, skilled and incredibly professional. . She holds the space so well, that everyone feels comfortable and safe enough to be free, open and vulnerable. She encourages everyone in the circle to be themselves and accepts everyone exactly as they are. I think its a combination of experience, skill, intuition and love that jacqui manages to include everyone and manages to encourage everyone to feel comfortable to share and to be vulnerable, Jacqui makes her role as a facilitator seem effortless,, nothing seems to phase her, you can see that she loves what she does and I genuinely believe that this is what she was born to do.

I have attended many circles with Jacqui, and each one has been as unique as the next. I always arrive at each circle with no expectations,and I may not always be aware of what I'm feeling or know what I need, but I always leave feeling very grounded and complete. I do feel that attending jacui's circles have really lifted my spirit and help me move out of the depression that I was in.

When we went into lockdown, Jacqui felt it even more important to continue with the circle, so she now runs them via skype. At first I was sceptical of how this would work, but i actually find it just as intimate and safe as the circles that she runs from her home. I have attended 3 Skype session this and I think it is so amazing I have invited one of my best friend's to join us.
