I really enjoyed the training and feel I have a plan in terms of the things I need to think about, and what steps I need to take. Reuben is also very reassuring and facilitated some really interesting discussion. Unsurprisingly I also had space to consider what my own concerns and fears may be in relation to setting up in private practice, and to consider what coping strategies and support I have for these. I certainly hope to join RT Counselling again for more training in the future.

I've been having fortnightly therapy sessions with Reuben for almost a year now.
He is the best therapist I have ever seen. He has helped me through some extremely difficult times.
Honestly I cannot say Thank you enough to help me find myself and have a better attitude to everything in life.
Reuben was flexible with our sessions and accommodating with my needs and circumstances.

I saw Reuben over a period of almost two years. It's hard to quantify the effect talking to him had on my life, not really something you can measure. But he changed the way I see myself and how I deal with low mood, my self-esteem, and most imprtantly of all, how I approach my relationships old and new.

Reuben is a wonderful man. His 'personal' approach means that the style of therapy is adapted to your specific needs.
