Rose helped me at my lowest point, to navigate out of a dark and negative space. Rose, not only explores issues, but helps you understand why you may be feeling certain ways. Working with you to manage negativity and maintain positivity.

It's early days, but I am in a much better and happier place now. Would definitely recommend Rose, especially to any emergency service personnel.
