I got in touch with Ropergate Physio earlier in the year after putting off a foot injury for about a year and im so glad I finally went and got it seen to.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands and Ally was quickly able to assess my condition and create a treatment plan tailored to what I needed.

Ally has been great in thoroughly explaining the whole process and how by following the treatment plan I was going to get from A to B - making sure I understood the benefits of the exercises I has been given.

Totally recommended. Get booked in!

Fantastic Experience with Ally at Ropergate Physio Clinic - Pontefract.
My Son was having shoulder pain and issues, which was impacting his performance and confidence as a rugby player. We went to Ally to seek advice on whether it needed physio support or a visit to a GP for potential discussion on next steps. Ally was clear with support she could give, the initial review was very in depth and she was knowledgeable and very clear on what was needed to improve what was an injury that had caused restrictions in moment and confidence issues in my son using his movements of his shoulder correctly. Ally set a clear plan for my son to follow to gain better movement, strength and confidence in movement before pre- season training started he is now having less/ no pain, more confidence in movement and feeling positive about his performance for the 2025 season ahead. Thanks Ally - and big recommendation from us 🙂

Started physio with Ally around 3-4 months ago with several issues: Hamstring, Achilles, Knee and Hip. (I know, everything right). But progressively going through each items methodically I have not only recovered but I can manage the aches, pains from before and play football and other sports back to the level I was before. Ally is a lovely person and even better Physio. Thank you Ally. I'm sure I will be back soon knowing my luck 🙂

Found Ally when I had an injury to my shoulder. So glad I did, she identified the issue quickly and the treatment eased the initial pain, I then continued to see Ally to built up the strength in my shoulder. Ally provided me with exercises to do in between appointments.
I now continue to see Ally once a month for a sports massage which has been beneficial.
Would highly recommend ropergate physio to friends and family. Ally is very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.

I went to Ally following an injury at the gym. She was amazing! Listened, caring and compassionate. Ally worked at my own pace and had me healed and mended in no time! She provided me rehab exercises to do afterwards that would continue building strength and would aid me in the gym! Could not recommend her more. Professional, knowledgeable and dedicated ?

I had quite a few sessions with Ally for a dodgey and weak knee, not only did she give me super effective rehab for that, but also took time to help with back and hip issues. She really takes care of you and goes above and beyond. Ally's also super knowledgeable so I know I can go to her whenever I need to again and I will be in great hands. Very much recommend !

I go to Ally on a monthly basis, and feel that she keeps me more supple than would otherwise be the case. She can pinpoint problems and deal with them appropriately. Recently I sprained an ankle rather badly. Ally examined it, told me how long it would take to recover, and gave me excellent instructions; it's almost back to normal. I have no hesitation in awarding five stars.

I visited Ally a few months ago now for a sports massage. She really made a huge difference to my shoulders, neck and back and I have returned to see her regularly! Ally is really professional and passionate about her work. She’s also really welcoming and is such a positively energised person and this really does rub off on you!
